Is my reservation refundable?
Reservations are considered final and non-refundable. This is because your contribution helps fund manufacturing and tooling ahead of launch. It works like a Kickstarter-style pledge—low cost, high value, and early access.
When does the Kickstarter launch?
Our official Kickstarter campaign is expected to launch in 3–4 months. You’ll receive email updates leading up to launch with progress milestones, final pricing, and more.
When will I receive my ShowerFusion?
Shipping will begin shortly after the Kickstarter campaign ends and production is completed. By reserving now, you’ll be first in line once fulfillment begins.

When do I pay the full price?
You’ll only pay the remaining balance after the Kickstarter campaign ends and your unit is ready to ship. We’ll send you a private checkout link with your reserved discount automatically applied.
Can I cancel or switch my reservation tier?
Reservation tiers are final to help us plan production accurately. If you believe there’s been an error or need assistance, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Do I need a plumber to install ShowerFusion?
Not at all! ShowerFusion installs in under 5 minutes without tools. It fits almost all standard shower arms and we’ll provide installation videos and live support when shipping begins.
Is there a warranty included?
Yes. Once you complete your final purchase after Kickstarter, your ShowerFusion comes with a 1-year warranty and a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
